    Yes, we offer both heated and cooled storage units.

  • Are the leases month to month?

    Yes, all of our storage leases are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

  • Can I access my storage unit at any time?

    No, our gate/access hours are from 5 am to 10 pm.

  • Do all locations offer drive-up access?

    Yes, all three of our storage facilities have drive-up access, making it easy for you to access your storage unit.

  • Can I transfer to a different unit size if I need more or less space?

    Yes, we can easily transfer you from one unit to another based on your storage needs.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit or administration fee?

    We do not require a deposit on any of our storage units, but there is a one-time $15 administration fee for any storage rental.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmericanExpress, and ACH payments. We can also set you up on autopay to eliminate late fees from being accrued.

  • Can I set up autopay?

    Yes, we can set you up on autopay. To do this, please contact the storage facility directly.

  • How do I make a payment online?

    You can make a payment online by using the following pay bill link and signing into your account.

  • Do you have video surveillance and gated access?

    Yes, all three of our storage facilities have gated access and 24-hour video surveillance.

  • Can I use my own lock, or is one provided?

    The option is yours. We can provide you with a lock for your storage unit or you can bring your own.

  • Do all facilities have on-site staff?

    No, some of our facilities are remote. We are always available via phone if you need to get in touch with someone.

  • Are the properties well-lit at night?

    Yes, all three of our facilities are well-lit at night, making it easier and safer to access your unit later in the evening.

  • Can I complete my rental online?

    Yes, please choose which of our storage facility locations is the best fit for you and complete the online rental process.

  • Can I move in on the same day that I rent a unit?

    Yes, you can complete the storage rental process online and once you have your gate code, you can access your storage unit.

  • Do you provide carts or dollies to help with moving?

    Unfortunately, we do not have any dollies or carts at any of our storage properties.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?

    No, with our leases being month-to-month, your stay can be as short or as long as you need it to be.

  • How much notice do I need to give before moving out?

    We require a 2-week notice before moving out of your storage unit.

  • Is tenant insurance available through your facility?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer any tenant insurance.

  • Do I need insurance for my stored items?

    We do not require insurance for your stored items.

  • Do you offer pest control or humidity protection?

    Yes, we have pest control services to help keep those pesky pests out of your storage unit.
